Not just a title or avatar change like most, they actually had to change my login. You don't see that very often. Then again, you don't see a troll of my caliber very often.

I actually would like to know as well. Right now I can't reach verizon customer service to get my phone back on because wildfires in colorado wiped out their customer service center a few days ago.
