Yes to cab drivers if they don't fuck you around. They're really cheap - and mostly honest. Be good to them. Motorcycle taxi drivers - yes if they don't quote you a ridiculous White Man opening offer [it's haggling for moped taxi - the only way to travel btw].

Whores - I wouldn't personally know. But I imagine yes, if they love you short or long time.

1. Where they deserve it.
2. Where it's in your best interest and you don't want to eat pubic hair like Blake's been eating by not tipping the food delivery kid.
