Questions for Sonatine re:Dell HDD

Tine I am attempting to get data off my hard drive from a Dell. It started making clicking noises and then stopped booting. If I put it in the freezer will I be able to get the data off it?

really would like an answer before i ruin a broken hard drive
i mean all i really want off it are my passwords google chrome settings and pics of an 18 yr old in her underwear

no harm in trying. we are on a watch list by virtue of posting here and any hard drive we buy in the future would have the CIAIDS on it anyway
