Porto ensured their 25th Portuguese Liga title on Sunday with a 2-1 away win at the home of defending champions and sworn enemies Benfica. Both sides finished the match with 10 men and when it came time for the visitors to celebrate the fact that they've clinched the title with five matches left to play thanks to an undefeated record of 23 wins and just two draws, the lights suddenly went out and the sprinklers came on.
Accident? Probably not. It is a coincidence that Benfica's sprinkler system is triggered when other teams celebrate on their pitch like Barcelona's was when Inter celebrated after knocking them out of the Champions League last season.
But, as you can see, a little water and darkness couldn't stop Porto from enjoying their perfect moment. Video of the attempt to spoil the party right this way...
