Here are some suggestions to the lead admin or whoever has the options enabled:

One thing we figured out over the years at NWP and Boris is that nobody reads threads bumped off the first forum page. We currently have 20 threads per page whereas Boreus has 50 and NWP had 50. Changing this on Boreus had no noticeable effect on page load times/server load or whatever, even with Phantom's initial shitty hosting. Obv most of us would feel right at home with this setting.

Another thing, even though any registered user can change the posts per page in their user cp, having a default setting of 10 is still hella ghey, dawg.

Or *shock* *horror* if those allegations have truth to them...a tear-producing, left-to-right-moving, "Rum Dick for God!" justification of any such positions.

Pretty sure I can change the default setting of 10 for users. But surely you have those Admin permissions right? If not, I just noticed you were "Additional User" rather than "Primary User" and changed that to Primary just now. No idea if that meant anything and so so don't care about anything ACP related apart from ensuring it is free of future bedshitting.

Feel free to go ahead and do anything like that you wish - cause I've spent like 4 hrs in the ACP and that's exactly 3.98 hrs more than I ever wish to spend in a Torture Chamber like that. Also, after 4 hrs, even basic things take me ages cause I'm Down Syndrome.

The major arcana of useful admin functions are delegated to only one user, whose UID is hard coded into includes/config.php

In order for more than that user to have access to shit like enabling animated gif avatars, yada yada, you need to change:

$config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = '1';

to, for example,

$config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = '1,25,57';

However there are development/contract issues at work that limit Scooters ability to delegate that power to more than one user, or to delegate it to a temporary skatzmin.

So my advice is to chillax and let Scooter take the sword of damacles to this after he get some sleep.
