Jonny "Julian" Vincent (played by Ryan Gosling) and Jack "Billy" Daniels are brothers working in the Pain Relief trade in Thailand under the guise of a boxing club. But that all changes one night when JackDaniels rapes and kills a young prostitute with his monster whopper and sets this tale into motion.

Police Lieutenant "Chang" Blake (Vithaya Pansringarm) arrives at the scene of the crime where JackDaniels is being detained, and it is a bloody mess. One can only imagine the strength and virility of the shaft needed to enact such a fright. He questions the dead prostitute's toddler father, Bobby Wong, as to how he allowed his daughter to endure such conditions before allowing the man-toddler Bobby Wong to bludgeon JackDaniels to death.

Meanwhile, SkyNigger is tied up and watching a Thai prostitute, Mai, do stuff to herself. No, not that Mai, a different one. Then he sees a ghost I think of Blake, which is pretty usual stuff.

Before that happened though, Lieutenant Chang Blake questions the now-detained Bobby Wong alongside a highway with some police friends. He again asks how he could allow/force his daughter to lead such a life. When Wong gives the excuse of having 4 daughters and no sons, Chang approaches and draws his special police katana. It's clear Lieutenant Blake Chang has a differing view of justice from the law. Bobby Wong holds out his arm out in self defense only to lose it, giving him something to remember his remaining 3 toddler whore daughters by.

Then after the sex stuff Scooter finds out JackDaniels is dead. He isn't very upset.
