I looked into this on Facebook after someone posted it from a Black news site trying to turn into a racial issue. I found a vid of a cop giving a play by play to a news team or something, and apparently this guy was trolling the bus driver for a good while that you don't see in the video. Watch how he smiles and sort of laughs on two separate occasions before he realizes the dude isn't fucking around. He was the last passenger, and this dude must have had a really shitty day - this guy's lucky that the bus driver didn't have a gun or some sort of weapon on him because he went full on postal here. You can hear the insanity in his voice.
