All I want here at Skatz is the right to ban (5) posters of my choice which can be redeemed at anytime during my tenure here.

There is nobody posting here right now that I would ban, but that would quickly change if I start posting frequently. The leeches will instantly come out of the woodwork and attach themselves to my nuts in a matter days, and that is unacceptable.

Since I don't have any vested interest here, I would like to talk about buying a % of the site for (X) amount of dollars which could be negotiated in the near future. Maybe a couple hundie for a limited partnership of sorts

Now that online poker is toast, I could quite honestly give a flying fuck about these crappy forums, or for that matter, most of the people who post on them.

There are a few solid people and exceptions to this rule (you know who you are), but most of the same losers that have been obsessed with me in some form or another for some time now make it pointless for me to even continue to post. In fact, I should have walked away from this crap a long time ago.

I figured this is a good time to hang it up and officially retire from these forums since there is no reason to even be here in the first place. I'm just not that big of a glutton for punishment. It used to fun, now it's just pathetic and sad being wrapped up with some many pieces of shit with no life that have some kind of hard on for me.

I left Las Vegas partially to get away from some really terrible people, and the truth is that there are some real scumbags and weirdos on these sites that I just don't have to deal with anymore. The recent hammer from the DoJ and FBI is making this an easy choice.

Like most people reading these sites, I won't be playing any more poker online, so there is no reason whatsoever to participate on poker forums. It's that simple. Until there is some dramatic reversal of domestic policy that resurrects online poker, what is the fucking point ? I see no upside whatsoever.

So, it's time to move on with you lives and find a new circle of friends, because this sorry ass little subculture of broke ass losers and stalkers and cyber geeks is going to grind to a halt and fast. You certainly won't get any more content from me in any way, shape , or form.

It will be a matter of weeks before there is nothing left to talk about, and most of you will all be sitting around jerking your own dicks wondering what you are going to do with your time.

If online poker ever make a resurgence, then I'll probably make a cameo, but for now I'm moving on with my life and logging out and getting away from all this nonsense.

I think you have a misconception about the skatz hierarchy Marty. Blake isn't really the one you should be appealing to. We have a moderation team, that is rather informal, and we try to make decisions on consensus, but sometimes they are made by whim, and sometimes they are made by deception, and some times made by default because every other admin is apathetic. And while Blake is a valuable member of team skatz, he isn't the big boss man. At the end of the day, that man is Scooter. Unfortunately, Scooter's apathy is only matched by his dependence on pharmacy grade meth, so he is an unreliable leader at best. I'm sure your request will be processed by him in 4-6 weeks. If I were a betting man, I would bet against it, as I don't think your vision for skatz and his are quite matching, but Scoot is an unpredictable free spirit so it's hard to tell what will happen.

I agree that your proposal is indeed reasonable, and in theory should not take more than a few minutes to consider and decide on. But what I'm trying to communicate to you, is that our fearless leader scooter often is gone for weeks at a time. SO these kinds of things take time, it's just the nature of the way things work here. If it were a for-profit business, then obviously it would be different, but we're not, so I think administrative details are low on scooter's to do list. High on his list are thai whores and Desoxyn


However, some of the cornerstones this forum is built on are nonsense, brainless crap and useless faggots, and I'm not sure we're ready or willing to take a new direction towards quality posters and content. I want to respond to your PM's in Shooting Off in addition to the replies I sent you, because it's very important for me to clear the air and try and correct or rather resolve a few issues.

There is a matter involved which I obviously can't be too specific about in the forums other than to tell you that there has been no 'breach of confidence' whatsoever.

Nothing is getting passed around to 'random' people in bulk. But it's painfully obvious to me at this point that there are certain people that I have put my confidence in that can't be trusted. I was upfront with you about that back in May, and nothing has changed. Nothing is getting 'distributed' or publicized and I certainly have no malicious intentions, nor did I ever. 'betrayed' your trust ? You're joking right ?

I would appreciate you sending me a PM and telling me who exactly contacted you regarding this matter , because that person is the real snake here, not me. The only trust that has been betrayed is mine. I share things with people I feel I can trust not to turn on me and clearly there is someone here who is working to assault my integrity by ratting me out to you. In May I told you exactly the same thing I told you in PM's today and nothing has changed since then.

I passed this on in my replies to you as well, but I want to state for public record that historically I have always been in your corner when the chips have been down around here and also during a crisis that brought NWP to it's knees. You sure have a selective memory Bryan.

With that said, of course I was pissed off when our agreement was terminated. I made my sentiments pretty clear previously that in my opinion the deal we struck was between you and me. Not me and whatever party or parties was funding the bulk of operating costs on NWP.

The circumstances here would be similar to a general contractor hiring numerous subcontractors to perform a variety of jobs, but then when payday rolls around, telling them.. 'oh gee, sorry the developer cut off funding for the project, I can't pay you' but continuing to reap the benefit of their efforts and expecting them to perform charity work.

I think I am perfectly justified in being more than a little annoyed that our agreement went south considering the facts I am privy to. But let me make it perfectly clear that I have never taken measures to exact any kind of childish revenge or launch some silly 'counter assault' in retaliation. What's done is done and I may have bitched about it, but anything I said was not going to change the circumstances or the end result. So I put it all to bed and made a decision to move on.

As far as the threads I started this week about your poker game, training methods, source of income and statistics. The vast majority of what I said was right on the money and that can't be disputed.

However, not ONCE have I ever stooped to the level of personal attacks, slurs, character assaults or demeaning you as a person. My intention was to get you fired up enough to actually explain some of your decision making and to inspire a poker discussion as well as spice up Shooting Off a bit, because God knows it needs something lately with the surplus of deadwood and infestation of trolls.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but NWP is supposed to at least resemble a poker forum, and I am issuing my opinion (as much as it may sting) that the Maven system is bullshit and that some of the plays I see you making are simply horrible. Hell I don't have any idea what this 'system' is all about I (other than multi-tabling), nor do I care. The Maven seems like an intelligent young man who is clearly marketing his product like a true professional and for that I give him props. At one point he is yelling across the room how he got Mama pregnant and there are like 20 people turning their heads to see who the drunk idiot was who was running his yap. I was just shaking my head trying to get a seat change since he was sitting right on my left. He would slug back his double Vodka tonic (drinking the cheap generic shit obviously) and then shout 'SERVICE !!' LoL what a spectacle...it was hilarious but also pathetic on multiple levels.

I want to make it crystal clear that Felon is a textbook psychotic. *hot news flash * Not to suggest that he isn't hilarious, because the guy is a non stop cavalcade of one liners and bullshit, but at his core...this is not someone you want to ever bring home for Sunday dinner or share any sensitive information with whatsoever. I wouldn't trust this guy with an unattended lit cigarette let alone my home address or social security number.

Now I was straight up about the fact that I tilted hard at the Limelight on Friday. I dropped 500 bucks and Felon drove me up the fucking wall. He was taunting me non-stop running his mouth and laughing at me when I lost 2 big pots. His table demeanor is a disgrace and thats putting it mildly. I took seat 8 and he immediately slid into seat 9 as a new table opened up. He was jumping up and down from the table like a 10 year kid jacked up on ritalin and was chain smoking these generic cigarettes that made his breath stink like a rest-stop urinal.

I was patient at first...putting up with his non stop trash talking, but after about 15 minutes I said flat out, 'dude would you shut the fuck up' and he would just laugh and then even blew his nasty cheap vodka smoke breath in my face and went back to texting some skank he is trying to bang right now.

The irony is that we barely even played a pot together. He did bluff me off an $8.00 pot and was so proud of himself, he flipped his rags up and jumped up like he just won the WSOP. I just shook my head and tried to block him out, but honestly his breath was so fucking bad it was impossible...I had to wait for a seat change, but by that time most of the damage had been done and I was on the way out. Fact of the matter is that I was a fool to think that an invitation to come down and play cards with him would be enjoyable.

I was sitting at home hanging out relaxing enjoying myself and this fool calls me up and says to come down to the Limelight so I figured sure why not...have a couple drinks and chill and have a few laughs....I didn't realize this would be seen as another opportunity for him to go out of his way to be a complete dick and behave like a drunk retard all night...baiting me and laughing at me when I lose a $400.00 dollar pot when my set got rivered by a 4 flush. He was never even in any of the pots I lost that night,...too busy getting blitzed on cheap vodka and texting some slut...but he never wasted an opportunity to berate me and mock me when I lost a big pot. He begged me for a ride home, but I was having no part of that.

In short, Felon is primed & ready to snap...and only needs a gentle nudge to push him over the edge and into the deep end for good. Take my word for it, he is halfway home already. Put this motherfucker front and center on your next dead pool right now.

It's money in the bank.
