Amy Dover
http://www.aadstatic.com/uploads/amydover_4533455.jpg
About Amy: Amy Dover’s images tackle the dark side of nature, the hidden world. Beautifully executed in graphite pencil she shows, man, bird and beast in all its devastating beauty. Inspired by music, poetry and folklore, she tackles subjects, like death, humiliation, and deceit. Characters of cannibalistic crows, humiliated bears, and the innocence and loss of a dead sparrow. A dark and often macabre narrative runs through every piece, inviting the audience to read in to it. Since graduating in the summer of 2008, Amy has exhibited in both group and solo shows, all over the country, as well as gaining international press. http://feedads.g.doubleclick.net/~a/...yxxRKyuZE/0/di http://feedads.g.doubleclick.net/~a/...yxxRKyuZE/1/di http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Arti...?d=yIl2AUoC8zA http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Arti...NI:F7zBnMyn0Lo http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Arti...NI:V_sGLiPBpWU http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Arti...?d=qj6IDK7rITs http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Arti...NI:gIN9vFwOqvQ http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Artis...~4/NW5whoWiH6c More... |

Janet Jackson's Short to Long Hair Transformation
Filed under: Hairstyles, Celebrity Hairstyles
Janet Jackson looked amazing in her bold crop cut just a few months ago, but recently she stepped out at the 'Liaisons Au Louvre II' Charity Gala with long wavy locks. We're not sure if Ms. Jackson is wearing a wig or a weave, but it's a dramatic change that suits her. Long or short, natural or relaxed, real of fake, you gotta have fun switching up your hair. Smoggy's Friends: Summer, Button & Pandora Catherine says: When Lort Smith rings… I pounce! Another little group of littlies that need TLC and fattening up, and my fatting skills are legendary so watchout bellies! Please welcome this gorgeous crew. This is Pandora (blackie), Summer (tortie), and Button (greyie)Button was so photogenic and a gorgeous grey kitteh with a purr motor that just wouldn't quit. I was so smitten by this little gal… she could be very cheeky but oh so gorgeous! Pandora was a lovely little girl, even though she was very focused… food first, smooch later. She had the softest fur and developed into a lovely little lady and quite talkative too. :) And Summer! She was the smoochiest kitten I have ever met… such a gorgeous girl! She really loved playing on her back and squirming about… They really were all very gorgeous little ladies and it excellent to know that one of my friends took Pandora after a very successful play date. If things were different Button would be the one I would have chosen to keep (grey kitteh bias) but alas no. I'm happy to say Button and Summer were adopted too. In The Money “African Americans and Financial Literacyâ€Â
I was born in the late 1950’s and I experienced discrimination at an early age. I’m old enough to remember racial segregation, the Black and white lines in the South, and the changes brought about by the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Six years later I was...(read more)http://blackamericans.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=286195
