After 9-11 I tried til I was blue in the face to make a few family members a little more comfortable. I only had a few thousand bucks in those days, but they had a lot more, and if they'd have listened to me, ooooffaaa.....it was one stock, hammered down to 11, utility stock paid dividends, and had been trading 30-33 in peak times, and always went down to 20-23 in off times, and had that pattern for two fucking decades. Man did I try. Needless to say, it rebounded back to 33ish in 6-8 months, and would've made some relatives a lot of money.
