I can't be exactly sure right now because I have been chugging water all day, but seriously, 220+. My arms are ridiculously big and have been since hitting puberty. I naturally had 16" arms without lifting at the beginning of my Freshman year in high school.
I am not into bodybuilding. I train for strength and explosiveness, and at times, I put much more emphasis on combat training, all for a reason.
I would bet any amont of money I do not have that not only do you not outweigh me, you could and would never outperform me, in anything physical, ever.

Mike I know that on this forum with a bunch of nerds, all things physical should be yours so you can have a place at the table, but it's just not the case.
Lol Mike, I weigh 220 and can still jump a few feet off the ground, to give you an idea.
