Decent, with some flaws.
Minor errors in coloring/design:
Applejack: Has two ponytails but should only have one.
Twilight Sparkle: Hair streak has only one band of color which is shaded inbetween the two bands she is supposed to have.
Fluttershy: Bangs/front hair is 1/3 as long as it should be.
Pinkie Pie: Accurate.
Rarity: Underside of her hair is considerably brighter than it should be. It's slightly jarring.
Rainbow Dash: Hair color is completely off. Front bit is Red-Orange-Teal-Yellow instead of Red-Orange-Yellow, rear bit is Y-O-R-R-O-Y instead of Green-Blue-Purple, and the tail is B-P-R instead of P-B-G-Y-O-R.
still tho how you gonna go wrong with 12 ponies for 12.99

Everything is spot on EXCEPT: Fluttershy, Rarity, and RainbowDash.
Fluttershy: The hair is completely wrong. Looks like a painted-over version of Rainbowdash!
Rainbowdash: Wrong sequence of colors in her hair!
Rarity: Oh MY. The bottom layer should NOT NOT NOT be that bright!!!! Its PINK. WHEN IT SHOULD BE PURPLE.
