Adam Carolla, from his time on love line, says that little girl voice in an adult woman is an almost 100% tell that the girl has a great deal of childhood sexual abuse. That you associate it with strippers only makes this theory stronger, to my mind.

I've heard this theory before... when I run into a woman who speaks like that, I instantly think the same.
In this case, it isn't just the little girl voice.. it is the fetching manner.. I can't really think of a good word for it.. but indicative of someone who wants something.
