I believe this is a grave error that must be rectified if the powers that be agree. And I'm sure you do.
I also am not notified when morans Neg rep me with a moran comment, but I'm less concerned about that. Also, it's a rare occurrence so I would not want to tie up your valuable coder tech time with requesting such a redundant function.
