Had to drive my homegirl to the airport. Now have to kill 2 hours until work. I'm at Eds diner, about to take Italian sausage, over easy, hash browns, and sourdough to chomptown.

im currently shocked and amazed by the fact that 2 months of rent on my williamsburg apartment could pay for a years mortgage on a 1700sq foot house in Sandy, Oregon.

I'm a little freaked out that i could have bought this house back home instead of renting my current house for the last two years.

this isnt even a terrible idea but seriously for what my requirements are, im saving like, maybe $400-$500 a month by living in bed stuy, and thats not enough to make it worth while.
