so not much in the fridge tonight....a couple frozen hand pounded beef patties

bought some nice tomato sauce at the mini mart

added a bunch of chopped green peppers, white onion and minced fresh garlic

dumped in a cup of water and let that bitch simmer while my rice was cooking (and came out fluffy and perfect)

total cost of that meal: probably $1.50 (if that)

it was actually delicious

sounds very ghetto....but I demand points for making the most out of nothing
