Several books offer alternate lines.
On my bookie.ag
Pats -7 is +175
Pats -10 is +240
Pats -11 is +265
You can probably find slightly better odds.

Line broke through to Pats -3 in a few places. I still think -4 by game time might happen.
Two weeks recovery and preparation is just going to majorly benefit New England. McGay and co are hoping for fluke big plays and turnovers.

kind of crazy that the rams opened as favorites. maybe vegas is gunshy with the pats after how they had the pats as 6 or 7 point favorites last year?

It's weird. No one but LA homers think the line was anywhere close to the true line. Like smart money is saying Pats -3 was the minimum. Makes me wonder. I think they probably would be even -3 if the Saints would have won. I think a disproportionate amount of money was bet on the Chiefs because of hate of the Patriots. Nothing about it makes sense.
