Scooter, you never transferred over the .com domain in any way, so technically you've never upheld your end of the agreement.
The reason you have never witnessed me "display a single example of breached principles or lying" is that I have never let emotions cloud my judgement, and logic is telling me here that banning everyone you wish and stripping their mod powers would ultimately lead to the death of the site as we know it.
I interpreted the agreement as that Mike would be kept from interfering with your writing, not that a new system would be invented determining who needed to silenced and for how long - that is unprecedented on any of the forums.
This goes without saying that banning these folks and stripping their admin powers would also make me out to be a liar, as a previous agreement was that nothing would be changed in that department as long as someone wasn't deleting content or purposefully harming the site.
The only people that have been a real victim of the avatar changing and spontaneous banning are coincidentally Jewdonk and Mike, them making up the vast majority and then occasionally Hoser. The rest of us never minded it, because it really doesn't bother any of us and has become part of the forum culture here. I think the Walt Jr. thing is hilarious, for example.
The first order of business I had when you transferred the ownership of the site was to make the policy of a democracy among the founding members of the site official, and as you can see, there is a complete consensus among them that no one else should be banned, Cob the brainiac even quit in protest at the possibility of such even happening (comeback Cob, we need you).
The culture of secrecy that originality developed in the IST came about much in the same way as the issue at hand. The people in the IST etc. didn't want anyone except the worthy involved, there are just different people deciding who are the unworthy toddlers. It's all pretty fucked up, but many people on this site can't post to the public in pure form without fear of it affecting their livelihood. You don't want the toddlers interfering with your writing, those guys don't even want the toddlers reading theirs, even though some may be toddlers themselves. There is no question however that there are many instances of things that have directly impacted other individuals that never should have been done like they were in secrecy. Everything that can be abused will eventually be abused, that much is certain. We can work on that here, however.
The only thing I want is for Skatz to carry on as is, even though I do not currently control the domain. There are ways to fix all of this. If you want a forum that everyone can read, but those who are toddlers can't post in, just say the words - it's an easy fix. I've done what I can to try and ensure the site survives.

Scooter is making more and more threats/demands for people to be banned (ie. chang, gary) and banning of Jewdonk should be a forum felony. I wont take this lying down and I am ready to click that infraction button lickity split. The IST was pretty much made so we could just tell our awful inside jokes away from prying eyes.
Once we realised that Ian was sneaking in (with mod powers) uninvited, then stealing our best material only to butcher the punchilines wtih horrible delivery every monrning next to the water cooler at his office, did we feel the need to demand a new site.
Skatz membership or IST or whatever is just based on if you are funny or not, I dont know where all these new rules and things came from.
It is time for the Vaughn vs Scooter showdown, so we know who has 51% and can tell the other to get fucked and this is what time it is.

Let's just poll it up - scooter's vision v. The way we have done it the last three years. If Scooter wins we go back to skatz.com and blake and gare are banned until 2013, but if the way we have done it the last three years wins then we stay at skatz.org and tell somebody to go pound sand
