jim what I meant was for removing rust I use a wire brush, vinegar soaking, baking soda soaking (to neutralize the acid in the vinegar) and more wire brushing. I went through 3 wire brushes on this job alone and probably 2 gallons of vinegar.
I have been somewhat recently. I keep trying and keep relapsing, it's a vicious cycle. I keep hearing this voice in my head tell me to stop lifting, to give it up and accept that my best days are behind me and that lifting weights is not my life anymore, and that has been keeping me up some nights to be honest. I cannot accept defeat at the hands of a chemical and let me life go, I invested way too much into building my body to let it down like that. It's always been there for me, always done what I wanted it to do, now I have to be bigger than the biggest addiction I have ever faced and I will find the strength someplace...
