Ummm, you have to ask yourself what Turd can really do to you and if it's worth it to tilt him when you know he is going to call your mom, aunt, and sister.

Also, if he spoofs any of your family members again (calls you with their phone number or vice versa) that is illegal and he can get in serious trouble for that if you can prove it's him.
