Damn thing would have become the biggest hassle in the world real quick I'm sure of it. I and a friend went to a reputable billiards spot and asked the owner what he thought and he was really "meh" on the "fast pool table flip for cash" idea. Just to see if it would at least be easy my friend and I tried moving it and, not realizing it's like 1200lbs, damn near killed ourselves before deciding to leave it be.
