The reason why people prefer the Sopranos ending to this is because the Sopraonos was so consistently mediocre that it was comforting after a while, and the ending was every bit as formulaic and pedestrian as the rest of the series.
agreed except that literally no one on earth thinks that the sopranos ending was better than breaking bad's ending
