3) The speed and frame rate of game play make it impossible to know a) when it is possible to knife someone and b) when you are actually able to duck behind cover to avoid enemy fire. There are countless time when myself and someone else are flailing around like two drunk guys at a bar because the knife mechanism has changed. The worse for me though are all the times when I feel like I am safely behind cover only to die a second or two later.
