The answer is clearly 0 as marty is an emotional drinker (ie spouting off to Drexel about his uncle raping him when he was drunk) and emotional drinkers tend to feel ashamed of their drinking and hide their bottles or throw them away.
The real question is how many empty liquor bottles does marty have stashed around in weird places, that would be interesting I think.
My guess would be about 4 in a one bedroom apartment, upwards of 12 in a full sized house (whether he was renting or not) and in his car you will find at least 3 counting the small $1 bottles you get at the liquor stores etc.
