When I was 13 my doc prescribed Ambien. Took it for about a year. A lot of mornings I'd wake up feeling like a truck hit me.

It wasn't until a friend stayed over one weekend that I learned why. Apparently I was getting up, stumbling around, and climbing furniture all night.

I have heard similar stories from other Ambien users, erased memories and all.

Fuck Ambien.
