i want to get some kettlebells but dont know what weight to start at
im in decent shape but ive heard kettlebell workouts are fairly tough
i dont want to get something too heavy and injure myself
but i also dont want to look like a pussy in front of the high school girls working at walmart by buying 10lb kettlebells ya feels me
