I happened on a replay of Barton Fink the other day.
For me, there is no greater contemporary film. Yes there are many challengers, obv. every other Coen brothers and Tarantino product for instance, howerver
The cast is world class. Goodman, Turturro, Mahoney et al.
I don't know if this show won Academy awards or what but Judy Davis should have won for the best female mouth of the century.
This is one movie that I've always wanted to watch but just can't do it.
What does that mean you just can't do it? Have you lost the movement in your extremities? This is a solid early picture by the Coen brothers. Nothing more should
be said.
One of my least favorite Coen Bros movies, but I made need to see it again as it's been a while and their movies do get better with repeated viewings.
