Serious advice, Blake, try using wifi somewhere else to connect to the site and see if you still have the problems. Also, try using a proxy through your primary browser and primary connection to see if it still happens. If it does it with the new wifi, you can be pretty certain it's on your end, and if it does through a proxy, you can be about 99% certain it's on your end. There is a very small chance that your area is experiencing problems through the cloudflare connection.
