I feel like adoption is a real tricky deal for scooter. If it's too high class and there is any kind of procedure or paperwork whatsoever, they will realize immediately that he's out of his fucking mind and refuse to hand the kid over. If it's too low class and some lady is trading her baby for meth, scooter is keeping the meth 100% of the time. So his only chance at parenthood is finding someone looking to sell a kid for straight cash.
