so apparently his plea is taking like 9 charges off the table and granting him immunity for things he hasnt even snitched about yet, and in return the mandatory mins are gone + he gets witness protection (for how fucking long?) and the judge will sentence him as he sees fit.
depending on how forthcoming he is, he's looking at 4-12 years pretty much. but if he starts on some manafort shit and the cops are like these emails, texts, and phone logs show that your pants are in fact on fire, the world will be a very different place by the time his wake up arrives.
related note a lot of people are starting to make noise about the plea because, as vlad put it, its looking like hes about to rat out the guy he paid to hit keef's brother/cousin/whatever and do less time than the shooter because of it.
the lesson here is that it's always good to be the first one to snitch
The lesson is that crime doesn't pay. That being said, if yer going to be a scumbag criminal, cooperate before you start yer criminal career. Might as well hedge yer bets. The whole "stop snitching" movement is for idiots who listen to too much rap. "I'm a low life criminal, but I would never snitch because I am loyal to the low lifes who I commit crime with." Okay buddy....
