Faith-based Website: Stallone’s Unexplained Death Forces Public Awareness on Suicidal Thoughts

In response to the death of 36-year-old filmmaker and actor Sage Stallone Friday, the faith-based website followme.org has published a list of tips for coping with suicidal thoughts.

Sage Stallone, the 36-year-old son of actor Sylvester Stallone, was found dead in his Hollywood home on Friday, according to Los Angeles police authorities.

Police reports indicate that Stallone’s housekeeper asked local authorities to perform a routine welfare check at Stallone’s home on Friday. Upon performing this check, the officers on the scene reportedly discovered Stallone’s dead body in his bedroom, according to published reports.

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter described Stallone’s bedroom as littered with prescription bottles, though he would not confirm which prescriptions were present, according to a Los Angeles Times report. No suicide note was uncovered, and there appears to be no sign of foul play, Winters told reporters.

Sage Stallone’s attorney and friend, George Braunstein, told reporters that Stallone’s father, Sylvester Stallone, and mother, Sasha Czack, are “devastated” by the loss of their son, the Los Angeles Times reported. “They may be celebs, but they’re regular parents. It’s tragic,” Braunstein was quoted as saying.

As Hollywood mourns the unexplained loss of Sage Stallone, faith-based website,followme.org, today published a short guide for people coping with suicidal thoughts.

“Sage Stallone’s death is a tragedy, and we sincerely hope that an autopsy reveals natural causes for his death. Nevertheless, this tragedy is a wake-up call about the sad reality of accidental overdose,” the followme.org report states. In the report, followme.org offers a series of suggestions for individuals wrestling with suicidal thoughts.

Scooter any guesses what meds he was on? Dude was 4 years older than me, filthy rich and set for life, AND NONE OF IT WAS ENOUGH???

What's so very wrong with this world and why am I alone in being willing to stand up against it???

This could have been prevented, but HOW?

If I get to taking meds for BPD, am I setting myself up for disaster? I've been suicide-free to this point taking 0 meds, but they seem necessary for long-term success in treating BPD?

Kind of becoming disillusioned at my chances for success here...

1-Sage is not a name for a man.

2-They hope the autopsy reveals "natural causes" but in the same breath mention accidental overdose and yet advice for suicidal persons, all at the same time.

3-This man (named Sage) obviously wished to die, which means we should be happy for him. How dare they proclaim it a "tragedy" what rubbish.

4-This is being closely reported on by faith based followme.org which just seems so scary for some reason...

Suicide is not considered death by natural causes in any kind of legal capacity is it?

I presumed they meant accidental overdose, which would be natural causes as opposed to, say, wrist slashing, right?

My understanding is that the act which kills a person must be intentional to be considered suicide.

this time the story was that I had been locked away in the bathroom for hours, refusing to come out

been over an hour and the cops are still inside my folks house with my insane mother and step-father, no clue what they are discussing, though I am sure (laughably) that mom is trying everything in her waning power to get her way, on something, and the cops are stupid enough to stay there.

the nerve, the fucking nerve- "Hey bud, thanks for helping us out, here's a shot, while you're feeling good about yourself, WE STRIKE"

Bob was right- they are trying to push me over the edge. There is literally NO other explanation.
