Asian Bloody Mary
5 oz. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili garlic sauce (or sriracha)
1/8 tsp. wasabi paste
2 oz. vodka
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-3 dashes celery salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Stir well.
Test for heat and add additional chili garlic sauce if needed.
Pour over a tall glass of ice and garnish with a scallion or a piece of lemongrass.
