Dwyte Pilgrim is ready to not quite shock the world again.
Sure, only 98 people showed up to the
WSOP Circuit Regional Championship at Rincon. Maybe that number was disappointing. But ask yourself this: did you show up? If you answered no, then you only have yourself to blame for the low turnout.
People forget that without the WSOP Circuit, many of us would’ve never been introduced to Doug Lee. Or Jean-Robert Bellande. Or Phil Ivey.
So ultimately, will the low turnout really matter if the man the myth the legend, Black Phil Ivey, Big Sldick, the one and only
Dwyte Pilgrim wins it all? You bet your ass it won’t.
Pilgrim is gunning to become poker’s first ever
Dual BonanzaTM winner (WSOP-C Regional and WPT title in the same year). Going into the final table, he’s stacked third overall with 408,00.
Tim West, who won the WSOP-C Rincon Main Event a few days ago, is chip leader with 843,000.
