Bringing the IST back would have been a bad move. I was able to restore it offline years ago, however, but decided to leave that version on an old desktop in storage. And we can thank whatever retard Scooter had initially install this for the character issue settings. I can easily change it to where it would work with any new posts, but this would likely corrupt the database in any backup etc. Same thing if I retroactively changed it for all old posts.

You mean the homepage or what? Delete the Skatz cookie if possible. But sometimes the cloudflare thing has weird issues depending on your location etc.
