i always get a large pork fried rice now because i realized that if you put a tblspn of corn oil in the pan before you reheat for like 20 minutes at lowest setting on burner youre in business, as long as you take it out of the fridge before some of the grains of rice dry out and get hard. after that each one turns into a little grenade of sorrow, ready to suicide bomb its way into your meals heart.
