Apparently just about every hottie around was at the MET Gala the other night, I guess my invitation must’ve gotten lost in the mail. Because obviously Kate Upton broke out the cleavage to try and impress me after I’ve been saying for weeks that I prefer Helen Flanagan instead. Anyway, it’s a nice try and I appreciate the effort, but it’s still not enough to make me change my mind. Maybe seeing her back in a bikini would help. It definitely wouldn’t hurt.
I think Victoria’s Secret made a huge mistake in letting Miranda Kerr go because as you can see from these pictures of her at the MET Gala, she is still one of the hottest pieces in the business. Also, by far the best dressed of the evening. However, I do see a flaw in her outfit. They forgot to cut out the material that covers her breasts. It looks out of place. Wouldn’t you agree?
Super thin pizzas are still pretty trendy though probably not as bad as they were a year ago. None of them interest me as when I eat pizza I am not eating for flavor or texture nearly as much as I am wanting something very substantial. I was happy to find this gem in my freezer. However, I found that the amount of crust/dough and its texture and quality was hardly discernable from a 'classic' or 'preimum' HRI. It was still quite delicious and certainly substantial. This "spicy," "smoky," and "peppery" pie wowed me. With its "puffy crust," a "crisp bottom," and "plenty of cheese," what's not to love?
This Canadian root beer, made in Burlington, Ontario, is angling to be a "classic" soda. The flavour of bubble gum is noticeable but thin, and cinnamon is the dominant flavour. There is no aftertaste. It is smooth, very sweet, and lacks both acidity and creaminess. This perfectly balanced root beer is comforting and even tastes good when not ice cold, which makes it an excellent choice when curled up by the fire.
Russia, US to push for global Syria conference to bring conflicting sides to table
Russia and the US reiterated their commitment to bringing the sides of the Syrian conflict to the negotiating table, and have announced an international conference to be called by the end of May which will serve as a follow-up to the Geneva communiqué.
One day while in my sunroom, I saw what I thought was a gerbil run from the woods to my back yard. I quickly went outside and found this impossibly little kitten who was running TOWARD me meowing at the top of her lungs. I looked for her family, but couldn’t find them. The vet estimated her to be 3-4 weeks old. I could never prove it, but suspect that her mother booted her from the litter. She was a little sickly thing who was eventually diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. She used to throw up at least 4 times a week all day long. I am happy to say, that with a small dose of steroids every other day, she is now thriving. Most days, she can be found begging for food and stretched out on her back squeezing her eyes at me. She came at the perfect time to fill the spot that my empty nest left!
