Now all that needs to be done are a couple of measures to make sure I don't fuckzor something in adding it back into the live site.
I have to downgrade the php on my local server to the same version as Skatz, download a backup of the latest site to test it, copy and replace the corresponding files to the latest version in a test first, then perform the same operation to the live server, and that should do it. Basically what I'm saying is, Gary can really fuck off for causing all of this.

Sorry but did you just do a mysqldump restore or did you somehow manage to restore IST without losing content since the last backup?
It will all be sorted, no posts will be lost, but the few social group posts on the live site since this backup will be gone. Everything associated with the social groups are luckily in their own separate vb tables, so just replacing the new ones with the old will fix it. It is incredibly complicated, however, and that's why I don't want to take any gambles.
