i think Louie just isnt intended to be a lough your ass off show. which is ok, although it actually makes me laugh more than almost every other show on tv (which is not much). if you tell me you watch an episode of louie and roll on the floor laughing i just wont beleive you. .
my point is that for a show that is supposed to be deeper than a regular show, and aquire its worth not from cheap laughs but from insights deeper stuff, its just not that deep, not that intelligent (altough it is interesting) and get most of it true laughs from low fart or fart-like jokes that family guy (another overrated show) does better. so yeah, if want reall loughs watch Archer.
