InstallESD.dmg auto deletes itself after installation.
*UNLESS* you turn your computer off before it reboots.
Using disk utility restore the InstallESD.dmg to usb then restart holding opt button. Select the dmg to boot computer, select reinstall mac os lion, when the computer restarts quickly pull the usb out. BoOm problem solved.
WHy are you downloading the bootcamp drivers in the first place? if you have an install dvd for leopard download Pacifist and pull them right off the dvd. Piece of cake.
