The underwater effect works fine for me...but then again I don't have a newfangled mobile device. I just use my desktop and laptop and it seems to work fine

clearly that's not the case for some people. It will probably be a better with a static image background. There are other options. It's really not that difficult of a fix. I kind of like it though.

I know there are issues with various settings. But that shit is being handled. Like PM's and the way it doesn't redirect to the top on threads.

All I can say is everything is being looked at and fixed in order of priority. I'm not too worried about it, because I already have a good idea what the finished product will look like and how it will function
