the most important thing for him is to stay active in the ring. usa boxing and pro boxing have a different scoring system so don't expect a 10-9 round type of thing. scoring is supposed to be done based on number of punches landed. i say supposed to cause i was a judge before and most judges are morons and can't count. nevertheless, they know that they're supposed to score based on punches landed so throwing the most punches is going to win the fight even if they aren't hurting. plus, little kids aren't going to hurt eachother anyways it's just a big mess in there.
if your kid is doing that much exercise at a young age he's gonna be short.
yeah you know how the kids are, 3 1minute rounds so he is mainly focusing on 1-2-1-2. We know the kid and are pretty sure Paris can overwhelm him with activity. Our gym has 2 silver glove state champs that he has to spar with, also another kid who is 2 fights from open. basically the best group of 10 yearolds in the north cal.
Also he is already tall, he isnt lifting weights its all strength and cardio workouts. That doesnt stunt growth I thought
