That was already done along time ago. Every person that was originally in the IST when the site started and remained active on the site has an equal share and say in the content with the simple rules being no bans unless the person is spamming, intentionally trying to harm the site, or posting illegal shit. There are extreme cases where if banning the person to better their lives is necessary, then it shall be done a la 408. The only other rule is that nothing gets deleted that isn't going to harm someone's personal life. Every new poster also has a chance to work their way into a share and say by posting and not being a moronic toddler faggot.

You are fucking up the banning rule. You have transformed the "banning monsters" agreement into a system of punishment that is solely at your discretion.

Seriously, there needs to be nothing else besides this in place. It is just common sense, and it's what virtually everyone here but you wants. There literally would be no disputes besides standard flaming if these two rules are followed.

Think about it. Bans and content deletion are the only things that have caused serious fighting amongst us - therefore they are eliminated without a democratic process first.
