Desperate myself Rummy. No coke in sight last night but I had some sprite. Mixed with bourbon....eh....don't hate it but can't sustain it long term. Gonna finish that sprite off with some homeade limoncello I made. Review will be posted.

Pretty easy. The purists will tell you to only zest the lemon, but you need to use ALL the peel. Pith too. Use the cheap $2-3 whole bag of lemons. Use big chunks if you want doesn't matter as I've made it both ways. Let that sit for a week. Then strain it and make a simple syrup and pour it into your yellowy vodka. Let it sit for at least a month. As it continues to mellow out it gets better. I have year old cello that is pretty damn good.
