someone posted weissman's haiti blogs from fb to donkdown, read all of them in about an hour and had reserved my spot in haiti within the next hour
certainly wasn't for financial reasons, i worked for free. i was in a spot where i was playing poker to pay the bills and was just running bad and hating life, thought it would be a good experience (or at least better than sitting in a casino for 12 hours at a time)
