Wanna make a trip to the butcher shop and get some fresh beef for a tartar sometime in the next few weeks. And know I'm not rubing up australian beef frozen and "flown in fresh daily" from the local supermarket.

The once or twice a year I get a steak out, it's usually a tbone. I just won't pay the money for a filet that will be middle of the road rare/grey. At least the tbone is always rare when it comes out.
