again with the filets bro get an aged new york or a ribeye sear it right in grapeseed oil hot check the temp, and then do a butter rosemary on medium for the brown crust

ive been experimenting with seasoning it freezing it for an hour and a half sear, then oven, pull it at 80 and then sear in butter and its working for me dawg zero grey ever

it should run you max 19.99 lb for good marbelized steak max if you can find choice in ur market for a price buy them all at 8.99 or whatever

That's high level for me. I just turn it on broil, knock the rack down to second lowest, put some of my infused olive oil (I throw a clove of garlic in and some basil and let it do it's thing for a week or so), and light salt/heavy pepper.

Time to get it is Monday morning if I can get in there. They always mark down whatever they didn't sell over the weekend. Always get good deals when I can make it in. Once I got 3 giant lobster tails and some filets for cheap. Think I spent $65 or something @ half price markdown, took'em over to gma and gpa B's and cooked'em up for them and we ate like kings. I'm ok with supermarket steaks but would like to splurge a little on some good quality.
