Ricotta pancakes contain (surprise!) cheese. And the Four Seasons is pretty famous for these particular flapjacks. A source says Smith ordered lemon ricotta pancakes to his room, not realizing that they contained, well, ricotta cheese. It’s unknown whether the 18-year-old is allergic to the stuff, but he allegedly became a vegan last year. (Maybe someone should tell him that pancakes—even cheeseless ones—contain eggs.)
