Stephen Yabsley, 2015 UK grinder champion

On May 13, 2015, police officers arrived to arrest 54-year-old Steven Yabsley of Kingsbridge, Devon for brandishing a hammer at his neighbours. Yabsley lured them inside his flat and then set upon them, dual-wielding an angle grinder and circular saw. He grieviously wounded two officers and was arrested after a four-hour standoff. He was sentenced to indefinite detention at Broadmoor Hospital.
