Honestly, since there is no telling what's in what, I mean...this love letter to dope, I could see that happening when really high. In the right ratios mephedrone/MDPV should hit like meth/coke at the same time (euphoria from meth/rush from coke) and I could see this being pretty overwhelming.
The danger as I see it, and what really worries me about giving this a go, is that under extremely good meth I have had times my heart rate was over 160 yet I couldn't feel it or notice anything was wrong. If I wasn't checking my pulse with a heart rate monitor I was so out of it I couldn't perceive my actual pulse. You get detached quite a bit, not feeling seeing or thinking reality properly. Thus bath salts have scary as fuck red tape, even for an advanced user like me.
This is only the beginning mark my words. Chemists haven't dabbled in designers much because meth/coke have always been easy to get, reasonably cheap etc. But with meth becoming VERY hard to source out raws and the overwhelming popularity of bath salts...get ready folks. I predict a decade long cat and mouse where chemists just tinker with designer narcotics to keep skirting every new law and restriction. This bath salts thing is in it's infancy IMO, which is scary.
