Nonsense. The Lord does not work in remotely 'mysterious' ways. But you're perceiving lazy & incompetent police work, and fear-mongering reporting, to be Reality.
It's not. Everyone is emotionally insane. But human actions are driven by motive. Crimes of passion are as close as you get to insane, and even they are all driven by motive.
